All jobs have their ups and downs, but the highs and lows of recruitment can be . . . well, hmmm, a bit like a roller coaster.

Anyone who works in this business will be all too aware of the lows - placements fall through, clients can pull a job after a long search, we've been there; we know exactly what it's like; but we also know what it is to make a difference - to improve lives, businesses - and that is the ultimate high for us: MAKING A DIFFERENCE. Although we also like our good salaries, commission and benefits : ) And we LOVE . . .
