Head of Digital / Senior Digital Consultant

We are currently working with a very successful specialist brand in marketing analytics who  guide clients through the marketing and media space, assisting them in maximising business potential.

To give you an idea of the weight of this company, they work with 80% of the world's largest advertisers and 50% of the world's blue chip companies.

Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to hire a senior digital consultant at the 'head of' level who is going to help them to build optimal digital and media offerings to meet and exceed client expectations.

The role:

• Build the digital offering through offering various solutions to the clients across products, services, and new digital marketing channels
• Lead and build and digital team
• Constantly scope the market to identify new opportunities for business growth
• Consult on media buying for the clients across Display, programmatic and Video
• Build new service offerings across digital marketing channels including SEO and Social Media
• Consult and guide clients to help them to understand a benefits of digital media and ensure their accounts are profitable
• Apply high priority management to client relationships to understand their needs and challenges and identify successful solutions
• Manage fee structures across departments, services and products.
• Manage contract negotiation and service delivery
• Build clients' media data and use it as actionable insights in order to consult with clients on how best to use their media spend
• Act as a go to digital specialist who constantly keeps up to speed with digital knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in an agency background across either media, Full service agency or consultancy firm
• Solid experience with digital marketing channels including display , video , search and social media
• Experience consulting clients across various media plans and strategies
• Proven track record managing very large accounts
• Very confident with ability to gain respect across clients and colleagues
• Diplomatic with Superb communication skills and able to hold accountability
• Proven track record working towards clients goals and successful delivery
• Ability to lead the team and be a great team player
• Excellent ability to explain complicated concepts simply
• Excellent data analytics skills and data presentation skills
• Commercially aware and capable
