Head Of Traffic

Fantastic opportunity for a Head of Traffic to join a leading advertising websites' group operating in 12 counties across the globe.
Reporting to the CTO, this role you will be responsible for traffic acquisition across organic and paid channels.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategy and implement traffic acquisition activity across the globe to deliver on all kpis and ROI targets
* Work closely with product team to support new product development initiatives
* Collaborate with the head of product to ensure best results in conversion rate of all traffic channels
* Liaise with all companies within the group to implement best practice techniques across the group
* Direct SEO and SEA activities across all group
* working closely with the head of SEO to deliver best traffic results across the groups
* Work with GM and management of the group to establish SEA budgets and manage all strategy and development of SEA activities
* Report to CTO on a regular basis
Requirements:
* Solid experience in previous traffic /user acquisition across performance channels and SEO
* Very strong experience in SEA -Paid channel across strategy and implementation of traffic /user acquisition activities
* Experience managing multiple markets ideally
* Excellent ability to read data and propose optimisation strategy in order to improve conversion and customer acquisition across all channels organic and paid search
* Previous experience in managing large global budgets
* Ability to manage traffic/ user acquisition across various platforms included but not limited to PPC and SEO
* Able to communicate technical knowledge to senior management and board level
* Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and makes sure that they are aware of traffic acquisition plans and are implementing necessary changes to drive the business forwards
* Excellent prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure
* People management skills is an advantage
* Willingness to travel up to 10% across the globe
