Senior Integrated Account Manager Media Agency

Our client is one of the largest integrated media agencies in Ireland, based in Dublin City Centre. They have recently won a lot of new clients and would like to develop their client services team with the hire of an experienced Integrated (offline & online media) Account Manager.

Client Account Management

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients in different industry sectors
• Actively participate in the development of client contact strategies
• Develop your portfolio and make sure your clients benefit from all the offers of the agency

Strategic Skills

• Develop innovative media plans that include the most effective use of traditional, digital, emerging and created media opportunities
• Lead the production of high quality ongoing reporting with actionable insights
• Lead, and work together with, the wider team to ensure that all client responses are joined up and coordinated - especially around traditional and digital channels.
• Contribute work to agency case studies and industry award submissions

Key requirements

• 3 years+ experience in client management within a Media Agency
• Excellent knowledge and proven experience working in Offline (TV, radio, press, OOH, Cinema, etc.) and Online Media (search, display, Email, SEO, etc.)
