They are currently looking for an Ecommerce Manager who will be tasked with bringing a B2B online channel to market.
The role:
- Manage webstore performance across, content , categories, new products, online promotions to maximise costumer experience
- Build B2B service offer and customer acquisition strategy
- Develop and deliver retention strategy via digital marketing channels
- Work across multiple teams to optimise website and product performance
- Ensure that products and website updates are being updated on a regular basis
- Work with Magento platform to optimise cross-sell, up sell purchasing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team regularly to manage launch programmes, calendars , creative concepts and traffic acquisition
- Analyse data and implement optimisation strategies to better performance
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Ecommerce manager in a hands on strategic role
- Commercially minded with strong B2B background
- Solid experience across large catalogue management to an extensive and diverse customer base
- Numerical and analytical with ability to read data and turn it in usable insights
- Experience owning KPIs and performance targets
- Excellent knowledge of ecommerce ecosystem
- Experience with Magento platform
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders
- Ability to influence teams
