Senior Customer Analyst - Maternity Leave cover
Salary: 70 k
Are you passionate about online customer behaviour? We are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Customer Analyst to be part of a commercial team in a well-known e-commerce company that has been delivering an outstanding online experience since the 1990s.
This role is a 9 months fixed term contract that may be extended.
The successful applicant for this role will be working with the analytical team across the business to identify opportunities and provide support.
Main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for customer KPIs and analytics that drives company results and determines how theses metrics tracks against overall business strategies, goals and objectives;
- In-depth knowledge about data-mining techniques and predictive analysis;
- Design and maintain automated dashboards, ongoing reporting and segmentation strategies;
- Build infrastructure to enable effective marketing and customer measurements and leading indicator insights;
- Prepare and present findings to Commercial and Marketing team to help to build longer - range business plan and commercial models.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' working experience in analytical role, preferable in an e-commerce business;
- Advanced skills in SQL, data mining and predictive analysis;
- Degree in any quantitative subjects;
- Strong understanding of different modelling techniques;
- Experience working with unstructured data and raw data from different sources;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within project time lines.
- Advanced Excel.
