Inbound marketing specialist

An Irish tech start-up business, at an accelerating growth stage within the catering industry, are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Dublin.
The role is to generate inbound leads for the sales team, so they can aid their international clients to increasing revenue for their businesses, via the start-ups ordering application & to provide innovative marketing services to help clients get ahead of the competition with on-demand online ordering.
Responsibilities:
* The generation of inbound leads for the sales team using SEO, SEM, Email marketing and Social Media Channels
* Aid our existing customers' success with their digital marketing communications
* Identifying the most successful marketing channels to allocate marketing budget spends
* Reporting on all marketing campaigns to make data based decision to improve performance
* Maximising our clients' success by working closely with the sales & customer support team, to increase the company's revenue
* Meeting targets & KPI's, such as qualified inbound leads, an increase in sales conversion rate, & an increase in success with our current clients

Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience, specialising in B2B Digital Marketing
* Preferable B2B experience in SaaS
* Proven record of generating inbound leads through Web optimisation, SEM, SEO, Email marketing , Social media and Digital PR
* Experience in increasing company revenue and aiding clients' success
* In-depth knowledge and experience with CRM's
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Experience and ability to implement Marketing automation tools as Marketo, Pardot or HubSpot
* Impeccable English content creation skills for video, visual & written
* Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic rapid growth environment
