My client is a well stablished company in the market since 1984. They have a successful distribution of products worldwide, with HQ in Dublin and offices in UK, China, Netherlands and Australia. They are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to manage the marketing team's activities ensuring effective ROI on marketing projects.
Location: D12
Salary: negotiable + benefits
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this professional is responsible for:
- Management of marketing campaigns (print, direct mail, customer communications) to deliver positive ROI
- Team management, overseeing and coordinating production of marketing materials
- Liaising with external agencies & internal departments briefing on Product and Project Photography for catalogue, brochure and websites.
- Implementing market research gaining customer insight and in-depth understanding of their needs
- Project management, ensure marketing plan is delivered on time managing budget/product/distribution/suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Guarantee and monitor distribution and stocks of products in retail stores
- Events: support Sales teams globally with Trade fair execution (international to local level
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a marketing role
- 3rd level degree in Marketing/Business or a similar discipline.
- Team management experience
- This is a demanding position and requires someone diligent with creative skills as well as a pragmatic decision-making ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Strong evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
