Digital Service Lead

Prosperity is currently working with a leading Global Communications Company which has been in the market for the past 20 years.

With one of the highest revenues in their segment, working with more than 800 brands, they are currently looking for a Digital Service Lead to join a very well structured and global Technical/Design team in Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be acting as a Digital Marketing Services Lead, managing busy and complex IT projects across different areas, languages and cultures.
• You will be delivering all the project operations including, global development centres (GDC’s), driving the design and deployment of new services capabilities.
• Will be managing the Leads, Producers and Developers.
• Coaching and mentoring the Marketing Services team.
• Take the ownership for aspects of departmental management such as, Training, Resource Management, Forecasts, Quality Control, KPI definition trackers, Automation rollouts, and others.
• Manage all the team leads, ensuring a monthly 1:2:1 meeting, providing regular feedback.
• Keeping a strategic thinking.
• Will be also producing and updating webpages.
• Active participate on training, resource management, forecasts, Quality control, KPI definition trackers, automation rollouts and others.
• Will have a strong awareness of the company’s values and policies, in order to duplicate it to new employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing large teams and with the followings:
• Expertise in CMS.
• Expertise in HTML, XML and CSS, as well as SEO, SEM and Analytics.
• Proven background in metrics and KPI’s analysis.
• Strong leadership experience on technically complex, and relationship challenging projects, in a global services environment.
• Great relationship with stakeholders and customers.
• Strong personality, being able to work by your own initiative.
• Strong management skills.
• Bachelor Degree of Science.
• LSS certification (Yellow belt or higher) is preferable.

Salary range

• Up to 55k + a strong package of benefits.
