PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager- Belfast

Our client is a fast growing PR agency servicing a broad range of B2C Clients in Tech, Food, Alcohol & Insurance industry sectors.
They are expanding and are now looking to hire a PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager who will be working on Traditional & Digital Public Relations strategies, strengthening and developing media relations in Ireland. The role will be based in Belfast (but if you are in Dublin there is flexibility to do 3 days in Belfast, 2 days in Dublin).
Main Responsibilities
- Managing and developing existing accounts in various industry sectors
- Writing up and presenting the best PR & Communications strategies
- Leading client meetings
- Managing research, planning, overseeing the implementation and evaluation of campaigns
- Overseeing management of Events and PR campaigns delivery
- Allocating the right resources and make sure clients are delivered on time and budget
- Managing and adjusting budgets with clients
- Monitoring agenda and alerting clients on relevant emerging news
- Publishing frequent reports to the Managing Director and to clients
- Identifying new opportunities and pitching for new business
- Make sure your clients reach their goals at all time and your accounts are profitable
- Management of an Account Executive
Key Requirements
- 4 years + proven experience in a similar position within a Public Relations (PR) Agency
- Specialised in and passionate about Consumer Communications
- Strong Media Network of Journalists and Influencers in Ireland
- Strong abilities to write up strategic recommendations, new business proposals and pitching them to clients
