Account Executive

Our client is a leading media brand and the number one integrated news organization in Ireland. They are currently looking for an Account Executive to join their Media Solutions Department.

The successful candidate should be able to provide evidence of an adaptable approach to a fast-changing media environment and be able to display effective time management skills. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as possessing good communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Dublin-city centre

Annual Salary: up to 34k + commission + benefits

The successful applicants will:

• Maximise advertising sales revenue both online and in print, through dealing with advertisers face to face and over the telephone
• Good understanding of digital and the ability to answer to briefs from both direct and agency contacts.
• Plan and maximise client campaigns and budgets is important.
• Strong ability to nurture collaborative relationships with clients and industry bodies
• Experience planning and maximizing client campaigns and budgets
• Ability to source new business leads
• Produce new innovative advertising solutions and have the vision to spot an opportunity and develop it.
• Be familiar with media research, and ability to use that knowledge as a sales tool, is essential for the role.
