Account Manager

Our client is a major visual communications group that specialises in the TRADE MARKETING, POS, PRINT, PROMOTIONAL marketing and ACTIVATIONS. They are one of Europe's largest suppliers of printed promotional materials to numerous global brands in FMCG, Retail and Telecom. The group employs over 400 people worldwide with locations in Dublin and throughout the World.

They are now looking for an Account Manager to support the Account Director managing end-to-end promotional marketing campaigns.

Salary: up to €45K + benefits

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Take briefs from Account Director or client and ensure that all relevant information is captured
  • Supporting the marketing team with the planning and briefing of campaigns, delivering world class POP, POS and PRINT solutions on time and within the expected budget.
  • Support client and internal team with any post campaign follow ups, issue resolution

Project Management

  • Project management jobs from start to finish paying attention to detail and being mindful of client requirements and business needs.
  • Spend time in stores viewing campaigns and consider how they have implemented and offer ideas for improvements etc.
  • Management of several client's projects simultaneously

Client Management

  • Build and develop excellent relationships with the production teams to ensure there is a two way flow of information and both teams are working together to deliver for the client
  • Take part in pre-production meetings for all key projects ensuring that all relevant front of house and back of house personnel attend.
  • Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet client needs.
  • Confident in front of clients and back of house teams.
  • Demonstrates a positive and 'can do' approach at all times.
